In Australia we know this as Coriander but in other parts of the world as Cilantro, Chinese Parsley or Dhania. Β It was native to southern Europe and from North Africa to southern west Asia.
It is a annual herb, that is soft and small and it can be grown in the garden and pots outside but also as an indoor plant.
Coriander goes perfectly with Thai Inspired Chicken Dippers and the best Homemade Guacamole...with a twist!

Rosemary is a perennial evergreen shrub (from the Mint family). It has small light blue flowers and the leaves give a fragrant essential oil that is used in making perfume and especially to flavour mediterranean food.
